The Los Angeles Opera’s 2025/26 season lineup has officially been announced, featuring a special milestone for Maestro Conlon. This season marks his 20th anniversary where he will be concluding his iconic tenure as Richard Seaver Music Director. Following 2026’s programming, Conlon will take on the role of Conductor Laureate.

Conlon’s highlights from the upcoming season feature Bernstein’s West Side Story in September–October 2025, Verdi’s Falstaff in April–May 2026, Mozart’s The Magic Flute in May–June 2026, and Carla Lucero’s The Tower of Babel in May 2026.
